Spritz Blitz at Werribee

Tough filly Suze Spritz produced her second win and just her 6th start on the quick backup at Werribee. After being slightly disappointing at Terang on the 2nd of January, Lindsey was bullish that she'd run a good race at Werribee on the Monday. Jockey Ryan Hurdle was able to lob her just in behind the leader who was setting a solid tempo. Ryan took off quite early to fend off the leader before fighting off a huge challenge from the favourite. She was super tough to the line and now looks ready to take on some stronger company. Special mention to her strapper Mark who always has his hands full with her but does a great job at the races and at home.
